Villans Ras' should have been made this way to begin with (body: Animated Joker). The Ninja is one that should have been made (body: Animated Lex Luthor with a Xanatos head), and Judge Joker is just pure fun to have (body: Hunchback Phroto)

Mad Hatter This used to be the Mad Hatter from the first version of the Animated Series, but after they produced him, I re-customized him into the New Animated Series version.

Penguin Pengers here was made from the Batman Returns Penguin, which looked nothing like Danny Devitos character, but which does look like the New Animated Series version, even though the first Animated Series version was modeled off of Danny Devitos version in the movie... version. Are you getting all this???
