IIEE students have been presenting their indigenously developed projects/research papers at local forums like IEEEP annual student's seminars. Now we have decided to enhance our stature from local to an international one, that is, the establishment of IEEE Student Branch at IIEE.

IEEE Student Branch at IIEE, newly founded student-branch in town, was inaugurated on 25^th August 1999, by the Chairman IEEE Karachi Section. At the moment there are around fifty student members, a full member in faculty (Mr. Ashab Mirza, Assistant Professor),  who is  also the IEEE Student Brach Counselor at IIEE.

 This seminar is, the first major activity of the branch, being organized in collaboration with the IEEE Karachi Section. We are grateful to Mr. Abdul Mohammed N. Sheriff, the Chairman Karachi Section, and the Principal IIEE for granting permission and providing us all the possible means in making this event a success.
