Graila
Ch Graythor Norelle
Graila was born in 2001 out of our own Champion Kestos Odessa and her sire was Champion Kestos Kriega. She belongs to Brian and our daughter Sarah.
Although
there were only two puppies, we had a struggle deciding which one to keep. In
the end we kept Graila. The other puppy, Spooky (Graythor Nitha) went to live in
Scotland with Keith and Barbara McGowan.
As a puppy Graila had a Best puppy in Show, Reserve Best puppy in show and she
also won the PUPPY OF THE YEAR which is a competition run on a
knock out system by the Norwegian Elkhound club of Great Britain.
Her first challenge certificate was won at the N.E.C.G.B. Ch. show, judge
being Mrs Marion Spavin.
Her second was at Richmond, judge was Mr Alex Mackenzie when he made her
Best of Breed, earlier Mr Mackenzie had given her the reserve bitch Challenge
certificate at Crufts.
Her third came at Driffield in 2005, judge was Mrs. Nicola Croxford.
In 2006 she won the Reserve Bitch C.C. at the W.K.C. judge was Mr. Drew
Littlejohn.
