Scaramandine Attacks Justice Shrine; Soul of Istan Magrul is freed.

On April 10th, we learned that  Scaramandine was attacking the Justice Shrine in Felucca.  Members of the Justice Alliance rushed to its defense.  There Istan Magrul, former Captain of the Guard in Minoc appeared.  Watts persuaded him to return to the Brazen Monkey Tavern and don the enchanted Verite Plate of Shielding, freeing his tormented soul.
