11, 2001 - Handed by Kai Chai] Sinéad
has contributed to a charity album entitled Fields Of Hope, which
aims to raise money for the Street Children's Repatriation Project in Zimbabwe.
The album will feature exclusive tracks from all-Irish musicians in order
to help fight famine. The project is the brainchild of Gorta, an organisation
aiming to help the Third World feed themselves.Click here

9, 2001 - Handed by Andrew] Appearing
at a benefit concert for her daughter Roisin's school, Sinéad sang
three traditional songs in Dublin's Dalkey Town Hall Co. One of the songs
was an old Dublin song called Peggy Gordon, which she said she had
learned only that day. She performed the songs a capella, in front of an
intimate crowd of no more than a few hundred people.
