FBLA Purpose Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a national organization for all students currently enrolled in business and/or business-related courses in high school. All local chapters operate under the supervision of a state chapter, and each chapter has its own constitution and adopts projects and programs within the framework of the national organization. Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. is a non-profit organization and consists of three divisions: secondary, postsecondary, and professional. FBLA-PBL helps members bridge the gap between the classroom and the business world by giving them an opportunity to learn first-hand about the business community in a global economy.
