Winter Weekend package:
Friday - Sunday, Two rooms, for two nights: $240.00 plus tax.

• $59.00 per room, per night. Single night stays $5.00 additional.
• All prices subject to NYS sales tax of 7% & Essex Co. Bed Tax of 3%
• Rates are for one or, the maximum, two persons per room.
• Holiday reservations require a minimum 2 night stay. Call for dates. Feel free to check with us for last minute single nite stays, we will be happy to try to accommodate you!
• A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation of two or more nights. When a one night reservation is made, full payment is required.
• CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

We require 10 days notice in the event you must cancel, shorten or change the dates of your reservation in order to guarantee a refund of your deposit (less $20 processing fee). Any such change within the ten days prior to your arrival will result in a refund only if we are able to refill your entire booking. If cancellation or date change occurs with in the last 48 hours before check in, no refund can be made.
