Aladdin Ghostscript

Description: Ghostscript is the name of a set of software that provides:
An interpreter for the
PostScript (TM) language, with the ability to convert
PostScript language files to many
raster formats, view them on displays, and print them on
printers that don't have
PostScript language capability built in;
An interpreter for Portable Document Format (PDF) files,
with the same abilities; The
ability to convert PostScript language files to PDF (with
some limitations) and vice
versa; and
A set of C procedures (the Ghostscript library) that
implement the graphics capabilities
that appear as primitive operations in the PostScript
language.
Note: You should go to download page to obtain necessary
file as well as sources,
graphic libraries, documentation and sample fonts. You
shoul also consider obtaining
GSview (or see item below) which provides a graphical
interface to Ghostscript.

Change Icon Dialog

Description: The Change Icon Dialog allows you to add the ability for
users to select icons in your
program. It works in a similar way to the Common Dialog
control found in Visual Basic,
and will return the name of the selected file, the index of the
selected icon, and a handle
to the icon. This control is intended for use with Visual
Basic, I have no idea how it will
work in other languages. The ActiveX control version (25
K) unfortunately requires
MSVMVB50.DLL, which is approximately 1.3mb in size,
which means it's really only
viable for programs written in Visual Basic 5.0. The OLE
server version, due to similar
run-time requirements, is in my opinion only viable for Visual
Basic 4.0 programs. Both
versions contain a sample project demonstrating how to
use them.
