Major Money Entertainment's
2nd Annual Appreciation Gala

Major Money Entertainment Welcomes
The Impact Super Summit XV To Dallas, Texas
April 25 thru 28, 2001
(Event Cosponsor: Priority Records & SCQ Ent.)

Major Money Entertainment has just announced plans to hold it's 2nd Annual
Appreciation Gala 3:00 PM to 2:00 am, Thursday, April 26, 2001, during the
Impact Super Summit XV weekend in Dallas, Texas. To commemorate and
celebrate a year of success, Terry McGill, CEO, has decided that the anniversary
gala should be held during the biggest and most attended music convention of
the year. A capacity crowd of more than 2000 music lovers and industry
insiders are expected to attend this one-of-a-kind event!

The Impact Convention, scheduled to convene April 25-28 at the Adams
Mark Hotel Downtown Dallas, is a national music convention created and
produced by IMPACT Magazine.  This year's event will celebrate 15 years of
Entertainment History.  Seeing that Major Money is about major things, it makes
perfect sense for the emerging entertainment company to convene it's
Appreciation gala during this time.  Terry McGill is a veteran of the music business
and has invited all of his friends from Priority Records Executive Greg
Powell, to Dope House/Universial  recording artist South Park Mexican.

The event will be held at the culturally inviting Dallas Black
Academy of Arts and Letters, downtown inside the Dallas Convention Center (5
minutes from the Impact Convention's host hotel).  The evening begins with a
V.I.P. Cocktail Reception featuring a lavish after work buffet as Major Money
Entertainment R&B artist E'Yang entertains.  This is followed by a
spectacular Hair & Fashion Show sponsored by  Dallas' # 1 hair salon,
Studio 5012 International  Salon.  The evening continues with live
performances by Major Money Entertainment super group Psy2ko & Mic L.  Moodswing
Featuring 360 , Atlanta based  hip-hop group Da New Dirty, Priority Records super
star J.T. Money (other special performances TBA) as well as introductory
performances by the winners of the 2000-2001 Unsigned Artist Showcase.
Remy Martin has signed on to be the exclusive choice for complimentary
drinks.

The night does not stop there, as there will be the 2nd Annual "Down
From Day One" Awards Ceremony where 12 individuals will be recognized for
there special contribution to the success of Major Money Entertainment as
well as a meet and greet hour with some of the hottest and well known artist
currently blazing the charts. The evening also includes the world premier of the much anticipated
motion picture "Ghetto Gold". All the Ghetto Gold Movie actors will be in the
house.

This event, with 4 different party rooms, does not stop until 2:00 AM
features 3 of the hottest DJ's in the city, DJ Smoove, DJ Strick 9 and
DJ TDK.

Terry McGill has promised some surprises, which we're almost certain
will include special guest appearances by Interscope, Jive, RCA, or Motown
artist. Terry McGill has worked with Boyz II Men, Stacy Lattisaw, Too Short, R.
Kelly, KRS-ONE, SWV, Charlie Wilson, Tony Terry just to name a few, so
when he promises a surprise you can bet it will be major.

The Major Money Entertainment's 2nd Annual Appreciation Gala is an
event to be experienced.  Unlike a party or social gathering, it encompasses all
the ingredients of an enjoyable evening of live music, great food,
celebrities, complimentary drinks, and one of the largest parties of the year.  If
you attended events during the BET celebrity weekend and the very
successful Unsigned Artist Showcase, then you understand the stellar presence
Major Money Entertainment holds in the community and the respect Terry
McGill commands among his peers.

Dallas is an emerging market for the entertainment industry and Major
Money Entertainment is on the cusp of taking over this market.
