The MSESL stretches back well over 30 years. During the 70's and into the early 80's Maintenance dominated the MSESL winning many titles. Highway Structures' dominance began when they won the title in 1986 and then began a Celtic like run when they won 11 more championships in a 13 year period beginning in 1989. Only VHB in 1992 and EOTC in 1997 won titles during Highway Structures' 13 years of dominance. More recently, the Motor Pool Renegades have established their dominance winning 5 of the past 6 MSESL titles. Follow this link to view past MSESL champs back to 1983.
