1 Box of frozen chopped brocolli
1 Can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Velveta
4 oz. Pepper jack cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash tabasco sauce
Thaw brocolli in microwave. Remove. Cube cheeses in large microwave safe bowl.
Add soup and microwave until melted. Check every 3 or 4 minutes and stir to avoid over
cooking mix. When melted and mixed, add brocolli, garlic powder, and tabasco. Stir and microwave for 3 minutes.
Serve warm with fritos.
