Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

1- package of precooked chicken.  Louis Rich or other brand- south west favor.
1-  12 oz. bottle of salsa (use medium or hot depending upon personal taste)
4-  flour tortilia shells ( I like to use the larger size)
1-  package of cheese- Mexican mix
sour cream
 
 

Procedure:

1.  Empty package of chicken into skillet.  Brown.
2.  Add salsa and heat until starting to boil.
3.  Place equal amounts on each of 4 tortillia shells.  Make sure to place off center.
4.  Add 1 tbs. of sour cream spread evenly on mixture
5.  Add approx. 2 tbs of cheese
6.  Fold short side of tortillia over, then fold bottom end up.  Now roll the rest of the way .   Hint:  Warm the shells in the microwave for 10 seconds and they will roll easier.

Serving Size:

4 servings

Serve on warmed plates to keep the meal warm for a longer period of time.
