3 large cooked Irish pototoes diced
2 quarts water
2 1/2 cups powdered milk
slice of country ham diced
salt and pepper to taste
Heat water and add powered milk. Add potatoes and ham. Turn heat to simmer and cook until soup reaches
desired thickness. Add seasoning as needed. Serve with oyster crackers.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Serving suggestion: add cheddar cheese for a cheasy creamy soup. Great for cold winter days.
