My Great Granny gave my mom some recipes a long time ago. I can't eat this stuff, but mom and
her friends sure like it. Drop me a line and let me know if it is good. Birds can not have chocolate.

My Granny is on the left. |
|
That is her sister on the right. I never knew her, but she must have been cool acording to mom. |
Granny's recipe came from an old cookbook. It is titled The favorite Recipes of Home Economics Teachers.
I am including it since it has become such a favorite of mine. I can make this fudge in about 15 minutes, and it makes
a big hit with the guys at work. If you would like any further info about this book, please send Kelley a line.
I am not including it as one of my own recipes, but as a tribute to both my Grandmother who gave me her favorite
cookbook and to the wonderful home ech. teachers who strive to help each of their students.---Kelley's Mom
