Plate 10 Black Printing (State 1)
Plate 10 has some characteristic letters which help in identification of this plate:
These letters are in some cases similar to those of Plate 11, but
are otherwise unqiue in comparison to the remaining plates. The
"O" Flaw and the positions of the letters within the letter squares
aid in the seperation of the stamps of Plate 10 and 11.
