Ah,
the old biography page. Seems like every band must have one
-- do people read it? I'm sure people really care about
these four guys that went to the same high school together,
graduated together, heck two of em' still live together!
North Again is from Colonie, a suburban area ten minutes
from Albany. They play original upbeat parking lot rock and
practice at Larry and Dans shirt shop. They've been told
they sound like Afghan Wigs, Soul Asylum, REM, The Jayhawks,
old Kiss, and Cheap Trick. It's heavy guitar riffs with a
twist of glorious garage rock-n-roll that's in your face and
good for the heart.

Kostas Gus
Hais vocals/guitars
What do you do if you're Greek and you don't want to own a
diner? Start a rock-n-roll band, of course. Kostas Gus Hais
writes songs, plays guitar, sings and cooks a mean Feta
cheese omelette.
Larry
Winchester vocals/guitars
What do you do if your parents have twins? Play in a
rock-n-roll band together, of course. Larry Winchester (the
evil twin) writes songs, plays guitar, and sings. Larry also
plays in Coal Palace Kings, a groovy country punk outfit
from Albany, NY. Sometimes Larry is known to forget who he
is and where he is.
Dan
Winchester bass
What do you do if your parents have twins? Play in a
rock-n-roll band together, of course (that sounds familiar).
Dan Winchester (the good twin) plays bass. Dan also likes to
ride his mountain bike in his apartment and fall asleep
while a conversation is going on.
Bill
Ketzer drums/vocals
What do you do if your bass player lives with a drummer?
Ask him if he wants to be in a rock-n-roll band, of course.
Bill plays drums, sings and write songs. Bill also plays in
Second Hand Smoke, a kegger in the woods rock cover band.
Bill likes to watch Dan ride his bike in their apartment
until Dan falls and crashes. Bill has the tools and knows
how to fix the bike, and fix Dan.
Go
back to the beginning of when North Again was
born.
