Has a habit of cracking groan-inducing puns. Perfect in most ways but tended to worry a lot about his son. Was hinted to be interested in Gloria Baker in some episodes. Spoke in a British accent with phrases such as "Tally Ho!" and "I say..." Seems to be a rather observant, quiet and  not-so-old man. Very analytic. Also very polite. Boris Bushkins	Hair: Blonde /Eyes: Black/ Skin: Fair /Height: Above Average /Distinguishing Features: Bald head, bushy eyebrows, thick beard. Large body size. /Known Skills: Undercover agent (?) /Occupation: Unknown Character: Very fearless, hardheaded and not-too-bright. What he lacks in intellect he makes up with his quick mouth. Spoke with a rolling Russian accent. Seems rather unscrupulous at times. Intensely loyal, however. Talks to his rig, Bulldog like a pet. ("You did great today Bulldog, make Boris proud of you") Vehicles/Mask: Bulldog/Comrade
Bruce Sato	Hair: Black /Eyes: Black /Skin: Tinged yellowish /Height: Slightly below average /Distinguishing features: Oriental features.  /Known Skills: Mechanical Engineer and design specialist /Occupation: Toy designer Character: Wise, Patient and generally not the type to do something stupid. Always quoting maxims, idioms and sayings whenever an opportunity appears, mostly from Confucius and his Uncle Lee. He puts up with the teasing from his teammates extremely well.  Vehicles/Mask: Rhino/Lifter
Brad Turner	Hair: Ruddy Brown /Eyes: Brown (?) /Skin: Fair /Height: Average /Distinguishing Features: Dark Glasses worn most of the time. Slightly below average build. /Known Skills: Motorcycle & Helicopter pilot. Expert mountain climber (ep: Dragonfire), Stealth and Infiltration Expert (Comics) /Occupation: Entertainer Character: Not very knowledgeable in most subjects. Tends to let his personal feelings influence his performance. Sharp thinker, particularly during dire situations. Has the tendency to think up last minute solutions which either saved the day or made things worse. Courageous to a fault. Vehicles/Mask: Condor/Hocus-Pocus Razorback/Eclipse Thunderhawk (passenger when the Condor was disabled)
Buddie/ Buddy 'Clutch' Hawks	Hair: Light Brown /Eyes: Brown or Blue (?)/Skin: Fair /Height: Average /Distinguishing Features: Squarish chin, Soft cloth cap, either red or blue, worn at most times. Heavier build. /Known skills: Intelligence Expert, Master of Disguise, Maintenance Specialist, Has contacts with the Underworld (ep: The Ultimate Weapon) /Occupation: Gas Station Attendant Character: Nice guy. Not very sharp, and is frank about it. Always willing to chip in and has a admirable sense of sportsmanship.  Sometimes sarcastic, especially at the MASK computer and also Bruce's sayings. Was hinted to have something between him and fellow mask agent Gloria Baker in the Racing Series. Vehicle/Mask:  Firecracker/Penetrator Wildcat/Mask name unknown
Calhoun Burns	Hair: Dark Brown / Eyes: Brown /Skin: Fair /Height: Average /Distinguishing Features: None /Known Skills: Demolitions expert and architect /Occupation: Horse Breeder/Rancher/Riding Master (?) Character: A bit of a playboy with an eye for the girls. Had a funny way of speaking ("Those dastardly devils!") and never seemed to be upset at all ("Very well, I shall pursue that scallywag on foot") even at the worst circumstances. Perhaps a bit of a chauvinist as well.  Vehicles/Mask:  Raven/Gulliver
Dusty Haynes	Hair: Brown /Eyes: Brown /Skin: Fair / Height: Average/ Distinguishing Features: None /Known skills:  Auto and Marine Stunt Driver /Occupation: Pizza parlour worker/owner Character: A wildcard and tended to rush headlog into things. Had an accent close to southern ("Hoo-Whee"). Lives to make fun of Bruce and his sayings. Able to joke even in the most tense situations. Vehicles/Mask: Gator/Backlash
Gloria Baker	Hair: Dark Brown /Eyes: Blue / Skin: Fair /Height: Below Average /Distinguishing Features: Slight Build and Height, figure. /Known Skills: Champion race car driver, Black belt in Kung-fu, Former Student of Anthropology (Ep: Dragonfire) /Occupation: Race Car Driver Character: All around nice girl. Keeps a cool head and is able to handle herself in dire situations, but sometimes, looses it. Had a tendency to state the obvious. Was hinted to have a thing for Matt Trakker/Dusty Haynes/Buddie 'Clutch' Hawks (Good grief) in certain episodes, but nothing seems to have come out of them. Aura/Shark Aure/Gator
Hondo McLean	Hair: Black /Eyes: Black /Skin: Mahogany /Height: Average /Distinguishing Features: Complexion, Flattish nose. /Known Skills:  Weapons Specialist and Tactical Strategist /Occupation: History Teacher Character: A no nonsense, easygoing guy. Had a soft spot for Scott. Selfless, sometimes too much. Not too shy when carry for help. It is just me or does he talk to his equipment a lot? Had pretty good reflexes, and usually took care of Mayhem's missiles when on the ground. Vehicles/Mask: Firecracker/Blaster
Jacques LaFleur	Hair: Auburn /Eyes: Brown(?) /Skin: Fair / Height: Average /Distinguishing Features: Hairstyle /Known Skills: Wilderness expert (??) /Occupation: Lumberjack Character: Has a way with words. Spoke in a french accent. Considerate and helpful. Goes the second mile to do his bit for the team. Very dependable. Vehicle/Mask: Volcano/Miraj
