For I know that time will never
change the love within my heart.

A Gift From Heaven

I was blessed by God
when he sent an angel down
from heaven you came
and there you were found
with your beauty so divine
and your soul so sweet
it can make a grown man cry
and bring the strong to their knees.
You are a gift from heaven
with a golden bow
with love that stays strong
through sleet and snow.
With you I am whole,
and I think it's meant to be,
I cannot thank God enough
for this miracle He's given to me.

A Special Star

I stare up into the heavens
Looking for a special star;
One caught my eye: I grabbed it -
Very closely, I put it to my heart;
Endlessly, it shined so bright -
Young and pulsating, it's brightness grew
Until one day, I finally understood -
Understood that this star was my love for you.

Secret Dreams

I never get to tell you
What I'd really like to say,
How much I long to hold you
Each and everyday.

To kiss you and caress you
And leave this world behind,
There isn't any limit
To the pictures in my mind.

You're the fuel of all my fantasies,
The substance of my dreams
In my special world
It's you and me
And nothing in between.

But then when I
Come back to earth
And face reality
I realize, it's just a dream
That's all there is for me.

Love & Hate

The more I think of you, the more I
Love you; I could not see how anyone could
Hate you. You have always been to me an
honest, faithful friend, and I hope my love is not an
Object of contempt. It is true that once I said
I would never marry, but that was before
I loved you. That assertion you know was
uttered in a bragging manner, in fact not but
a lie, and I do not know why I made it. If I
could even pluck up enough courage to
offer you my hand I know very well you
would be suprised and I doubt if you
would accept it. I do not think I would
listen to a refusal from your lips and
thus make my whole life miserable. To die
without ever expressing my love for you
would be preferrable to that. If you write to me
I shall be happy but if you do not
I shall be miserable and gloomy, your letters
are a source of pleasure and a failure to receive get them
always make me feel like committing suicide.
