X-RIDERS membership comes in two flavors. One being the single lone member who wants a club to join but not be in a local chapter with all of the obligations. The other is where the member would like to be part of a chapter having more of a club like environment.

X-RIDERS considers everyone as an individual member with the potential for that member to establish a local chapter.

Steps To Form A Local Chapter

The chapter founder must join X-RIDERS using the application form. The X-Entity must be informed that a local chapter is desired. Chapter members must also join X-RIDERS. Local chapter membership requirements are not a concern to the parent organization. These remain at the local chapter level. All members of the chapter should indicate on the application form that they are joining an existing local chapter otherwise The X-Entity doesn't know if the member is just joining or a part of a chapter.
