CALCULATIONS StormCAD v3 includes inlet calculations as defined by the new Federal Highway Administration Hydraulic Engineering Circular 22 (FHWA HEC-22, formerly HEC-12). The capabilities include a wide variety of inlets, including grate inlets in ditches or medians, and "generic" inlets that capture a fixed percentage of inlet flow. Automated design is based on a customizable inlet library, already loaded with all types of inlets (including grate, curb, combination, slot, and ditch inlets). |
