Scrubbie

Worsted weight crochet cotton

H hook or what ever works for you.

Back of scrubber.

Chain 3 or 4 and join in a ring with slip stitch

Rnd 1. Ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join in top of ch 3 with slip stitch (12dc)

Rnd 2. Ch 3, dc in next dc (I always do this because the ss always seems like a stitch when you get back to it) 2 dc in each dc around dc in ss and join with ss in top of chain 3 (24 dc)

Rnd 3. Ch 3, * dc in next dc, 2dc in next dc* repeat around ending with slip stitch in top of ch 3 (36 dc) Fasten off

Scrubber.

Rnd 1. Choose the “best” side of the scrubber, work sc around trying to come out with 36 sc (you can fudge it about 3 stitches either way 33 to 39) join with a slip stitch in first sc

Rnd 2. Ch 1 and holding the circle you already made behind the scrubber working through both the sc of the scrubber and the dc of the circle, work a sc in each stitch around, join with a slip stitch in first sc. (36)

Rnd 3. Ch 1 sc in first sc,{skip one sc and work 5 dc in next sc skip next sc and sc in next sc} repeat around. Join with a slip stitch in first sc.
