Host An Event Hosting an InKy Social is easy. The host books the location, chooses a theme and provides name tags. InKy will provide a sign-in book, make all the announcements and pass the hat to help defray any costs. To book an event, email us detailing your ideas. We will make sure no one else has planned the same type of event and that plans meet the InKy standard (family friendly, rest rooms available, etc.).* You may choose to make your social an event through Geocaching.com or just have it posted on the website. InKy will send emails announcing the social to our mailing lists. Please remember the InKy Social is ALWAYS the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The only exceptions are November and December due to the busy holidays. *Please note, caches will be not be hidden at the monthly socials. These socials are just to talk caching and getting to know each other. To thank everyone for supporting InKy and to make the Annual Birthday Bash special, caches will be hidden at that social event. |
