PUZZLE # 1
The Bomb On Chi
There are three lights on the bomb, which stand for the delays.
It is a color sequence:
Purple, Orange, Green
To shut off the delays you must cut TWO wires form EACH delay.
Which make up the color of that delay light color.
So need less to say you have three columns.
Example:

The first colum is the top left. The second colum is the top right.
And the third is the bottom. For the first colum they want purple, So cut the red and the blue wires. For the second they want orange, so cut the red and yellow wires, for the third they want green, so cut the blue and yellow wires. Just remember to be QUICK you only have a few seconds to compltet this.

PUZZLE # 2
i CANNOT DRAW!! Si I will try to explain. There are 4 symbols on the side of a building. I like to call them:
2 kids
an A and an E together
a house
and a man in a straw hat
All you have to do to open the panel is match up these symbols from the side of the building to the ones on the panel. And if you can understand my interpertation of the symbols above then you already have the solution.
PUZZLE # 3
The Fuse Box For The Ladder
Turn off all of the power. Then grab 2 fuses put one fuse in POWER and the other in LOCK 3 in the second colum. Then turn on the power to unlock the grate.
Then go back in and shut off the power again and put one fuse in POWER and the other fuse in LADDER in column one. Then turn on the power to drop the ladder down.
PUZZLE # 4
The Note On The Train
This is pretty simple. Once you have read the note you will see some of the letters are CAPITALIZED. This is the clue. The capital letters spell out the code for the train panel. Here is the anwser.
