U2.com: Pre-Sale Tickets Gone In Minutes

Yesterday's advance opportunity to buy tickets for six 'U2 Elevation 2001' shows proved an instant sell-out.

Thousands of U2.COM members were able to snap up their places for the coming tour.

The on-sale time was delayed to allow registered members to receive passwords but within minutes of the four pm on-sale time, Ticketmaster had sold out their U2.COM allocation. MORE>>
