And if you say in your heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord has not spoken? <B>When a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord if the </B><B><U>thing does not happen or come to pass</U></B><B>, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoke it presumptuously: you shall not be afraid of him.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>1</B><B>972  IDENTIFYING THE PROPHET</B> -- So, <B>does Jehovah have a prophet</B> to help them, to warn them  of dangers and to declare things to come? These questions can be answered in the affirmative Who is the Prophet? <B>This prophet was</B> not one man, but was <B>a body of men and women</B>. The 'end' did not come. They were guilty of <U>false prophesying</U>. Why? What was missing? Missing was the full measure of evidence required in fulfillment of Bible prophecy.
