STIMULUS TRANSMIT wants your work!

STIMULUS TRANSMIT is a monthly showcase of independent media artists exploring diverse and innovative approaches, subjects, and genres incuding political, narrative, experimental, documentary, conceptual, and personal work in the forms of film, video, animation, and zines. Our goal is to showcase new works by artists that exemplify the creativity, innovation, and radical thought allowed by being "independent". Also, each month we have an interview with a featured artist to discuss thier work, background, ideas, and issues that many independent artists face. stimulus transmit's priority is making this work and these artists visible and accessible to the public.

Call For Art From DID & PTSD Survivors Of Childhood Trauma

Dates = Quarterly Publication

Media = High resolution prints of artwork in any media welcome, or high resolution copies.

Requirements = Subscribers who are childhood trauma survivors, partners, or supportive professionals who treat survivors, may submit quality poetry, journal writing, dreamwork for all upcoming issues of our healing & arts newsletter (print only). Submissions must be typed, double spaced. Write with heart and sincerety. Women's Journal Of Arts & Dreams seeks to help women survivors know that they are not alone, and that healing is possible. *Sexuality & Culture* is a quarterly interdisciplinary journal published by Transaction Publishers at Rutgers University. In its fourth year of publication and in its first year as a quarterly, the journal welcomes the submission of original manuscripts dealing with issues relating to sexuality and culture. *Sexuality & Culture* serves as a forum for the analysis of ethical, cultural, psychological, social, and political issues related to sexual relationships and sexual behavior. These issues include -- BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: sexual consent and sexual responsibility; sexual harassment and freedom of speech and association; sexual privacy; censorship and pornography; impact of the internet/film/literature on sexual relationships; and university and governmental regulation of intimate relationships. We welcome critical review essays, and suggestions for books to review and book reviewers. Submissions are, of course, welcome from scholars in the social sciences and humanities. Autobiograhical essays are also welcome.
