Dealing With The Bad Guys

Ever concious of keeping on good terms with studio heads, Marilyn visits with George Cukor and Phil Feldmen, Fox's Vice President of Production, on the set. Toward the end, those who seemed most trustworthy ended up both destroying her and shutting the picture down to make available the finances to finish "Cleopatra".

Marilyn also kept up with the press visiting on the set. Here she chats with Murray Schumach, who wrote the Hollywood column for the New York Times. His articles kept alive Fox's lies about Marilyn's behavior and performance on soundstage 14.
