> Golden Prawns
Golden Prawns
Ingredients:
1. Prawns : 10 - 15 (medium)
2. Cornflour : 2 tablespoons
3.
Turmeric powder : A pinch
4. Chilli powder : 1/4 teaspoon
5. Salt : to
taste
6. Oil : for deep frying
Method of Preparation:
Clean and wash the prawns. Mix together the cornflour, turmeric
powder, chilli powder, salt and roll the prawns in the powder. In a frying pan,
heat the oil. When the oil is heated, reduce the flame and add the prawns one by
one. Fry till golden and crisp. Take out the fried prawns, drain the excess oil
and serve.
