SPAGHETTI WITH SAUCE

for 100 servings
Meat Sauce:   Ground meat 15 lbs
chopped celery 1 lb
chopped onions 5 lbs
bell pepper, chopped 1/2 lb 
chili pepper 3/4 cup
cumin 3 Tablespoons
garlic powder 2 2/3 cup
pepper 1 Tablespoon
salt 9 Tablespoons
tomato paste 1 gal can
tomatoes 1 gal can
water 5 quarts
Noodles:   water 4 gals
salt 8 Tablespoons
spaghetti pasta 4 lbs
grated cheese 2 lbs
  1. Brown ground meat
  2. Add celery and onions to browned meat
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 1/2 hours
  4. Bring salted water for noodles to boil and spaghetti to boiling water
  5. Cook noodles 5-7 minutes, or until tender, drain in colander and rinse with cold water
  6. Mix noodles with meat sauce and serve with grated cheese
