FRIED APPLE RINGS
25 servings 50 servings
Large Cooking Apples 17 34
Butter or Margarine 1 1/2 cup 3 cup
Brown Sugar 2 cups 4 cups
  1. Wash, core and peel apples. Cut into 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch slices
  2. Sprinkle slices lightly with brown sugar
  3. Sauté slices in butter in skillet until tender on both sides
  4. Serve as a garnish or relish with pork, sausages, etc.
