NO BAKE COOKIE BALLS

for 60 servings
Semisweet chocolate pieces 1 cup
White Corn Syrup 3 Tablespoons
Confectioner's Sugar, sifted 3 cups
Walnuts, chopped 1 cup
Orange Juice 1/3 Cup
Vanilla Wafers, finely crushed 1 3/4 cup (about 3 doz)
Confectioner's Sugar, sifted 1/2 cup
  1. In double boiler, over hot, not boiling water, melt chocolate. Remove from heat
  2. Mix in Syrup , 3 cups sugar, nuts, orange juice, and wafer crumbs
  3. Form into 1 inch balls
  4. Roll balls in 1/2 cup sugar
  5. Store in covered container a day or so to ripen
