Zulu Splem Zulu Splem is Chuberko's tough-as-nails, trash talking partner, who happens to look like a small child's doll. He has blond polyester hair and wears a powder blue nightie and bow tie. The zanily irreverent (and often disturbing) Zulu has followed Chuberko from stardom all the way down to his current job as dishwasher and sidekick to Tellatoichi.
