In mortal guise, he runs the best Italiano veal takeout place in the entire Pacific Realm. He uses his savory sauces and garnishes as a late night lure for sleepless omnivores to sit down, eat a slab and talk about their problems. (Vegetarians welcome. Gratuity optional.)
