The first part of this book starts with a descrption of the development of psychodrama in Western Europe. It then focuses on two current aspects of this development: psychodrama training in Eastern Europe and in the universities.

The second part, which is weightier, deals with subjects related to the elements of the psychodrama training curriculum, from admission to certification.

The subjects range from the experience of the therapeutic group to the didactic or advanced group where trainees conduct sessions themselves, the phases of more independent or specific practice, supervision, research during training. Last an echo by alumni.
