The standalone version of VALX does not have an install package. In
general just putting these files somewhere on the path is sufficient to
install it; however you will have to specify the location of
the stub32a file if you want to make an LE or LX executable (DOS and PE
executables don't need it). The version of VALX installed with my C compiler
has enough installation done to make locating the stub32A.exe file automatic.

This version of VALX does not support /32 without one of the standard file
formats since I am not distributing Tran's PMODE here, although you could
adapt your own DPMI setup to it.

This is the MSDOS version of VALX, but it uses DOS32A.EXE DPMI extender
and should work on most windows platforms.

Read VALX.HLP for a summary of the available switches.

VALX is covered by the GNU General Public Licensing Terms, Version 2.0.

The source for VALX is available as part of the CC386 download on my web
site if you want it:

David Lindauer for 32-bit linking.

DOS32A was written by Narech Koumar of Supernar; see the file DOS32A.LIC for
