System Abend 0F4
This abend code can be issued for a number of DFSMS components.
Associated with this abend is a return code (register 15) and a reason
code (register 0). The format of the reason code is:

This is by no means an exhaustive list:
- 14 - IMF (Index Management Facility) - PDSE
- 28 - FAMS (File Attribute Manager) - PDSE
- 5b - HFS
- 83 - Binder. Reason codes of the form 83EEnnnn may indicate either
a binder logic problem or a problem with a system service invoked by the binder.
Reason codes of the form 83FFaaa0 indicate that system abend aaa occurred.
For some PDS/E or HFS reason codes, more information can be gathered by convering
the information code to decimal and looking up message IGW01nnns where nnn
is the decimal value and s is a code representing severity.
