Bill Miller Born: Mather Air Force Base Sacramento, Calf
(no longer exists by the way) on 10.18.67... I grew up
an air force brat moving from town to town to town
which is why, I suppose, I am so screwed up (he he). I
knew I wanted to be involved in music since I was three
years old and saw the Beatles "Yellow Submarine" on TV...
it totally blew me away. Later in high school I took one
of those preferance tests which also said I should go into
the performing arts... so, like the genius I am, I went into
teaching instead. That lasted all of about ten minutes
until a friend (who just happened to be the program
director of a kick ass free form radio station 91.7
WLFR Lake Fred Radio) got me into broadcasting. I
worked a whole lot of crappy jobs, worked a whole
lot of crappy hours and drank more than a whole
lot of crappy coffee before landing at WRAT in
1996 (a week after they started) and have been
there ever since. Oh, there's plenty more...
but if I told you that...
well, you know the rest.
