Units at Phan Rang
US Military units at Phan Rang during the Gray Eagle period are indicated below. It has been over 37 years since duty at Phan Rang and memory gets hazy with the years.

If you were assigned to any US Military unit operating at or near Phan Rang during the late 1965 through 1966-time period, (or even later) and not mentioned, email me donstaylor@cox.net and I will include your unit.

I remember we had several smaller Army units including truck transportation, Huey helicopter, and MACV Advisors; as well as an Air Force Forward Air Control unit assigned to/near the base. I regretfully apologize for not remembering those unit designations.
