This trip marks the first outing with
our new hybrid travel trailer, a Wildwood LE 25 EX.
Since our children are getting bigger and
3 to a bunk end getting tight, it was time
to move up to something with a bathroom.
The addition of a full kitchen also helps a lot
with the loading/unloading for trips.
Camping is sure more fun and easier with a TT; but I still have
a pop-up style bunk end to sleep on
and listen to the crickets at night.
The addition of "space blankets" on the bunk end also
eliminates condensation on the inside canvas.
Another cool and damp weekend, but made enjoyable
by the creature comforts a TT provides.
The trout fishing was exceptionally good
this weekend, catching the limit each day.
More campsites also have electricity this year at Montauk.
