The Sunrise Path offers gentle Joy Yoga. Joyce Ohrvall is the founder, director and master healer of Sunrise Path and she has developed a system of Yoga practice designed to restore flexibility and health . Joy has practiced the gentle Kripala Yoga for more than ten years and has two years training in the Iyengar Method. She has experience in Kundalini Yoga as well as a number of other low impact styles. Her speciality is in strengthening and restoring a healthy youthful back.
    The sessions are designed to guide clients to improved health by flushing toxins out of the system as well as enhancing self confidence through flexibility and balance. These techniques unite body, mind and spirit for improved overall health.
    A typical session incorporates Pranayama (breath work = mind) with Asana (physical exercise = body) and meditation (spiritual attunement = spirit). Each Asana, as well as its benefits, is described in detail. Many people have reached a healthy lifestyle through this guidance and practice.
    Group sessions are $90.00 for 10 classes or $10.00 per class and personal sessions are $50.00 per hour. Personal meditation instruction is also available.
