Ingredients:
Tomatoes -4
Onion -1
Ginger - 1 inch
Tamarind paste - 1/2 tsp
Red pepper - 5 -7
Curry leaves for flavour
Directions:
Chop onion.tomatoes,ginger . In a pan with 1 tsp oil,fry the chopped items followed by red pepper and curry leaves. Continue frying till they are golden brown. Add salt and grind coarsely.
