Rasam Powder

Ingredients:
Gram dhal -1/2 cup
Corriander seeds -1 cup
Cummin seeds-3/4 cup
curry leaves, asafoetida for flavor
Whole black pepper-1/2 cup
Red chillies-1/4 cup
Garlic pods-20

Directions:
Roast all ingredients except red chillies and garlic pods in a dry pan till golden brown color. Roast chillies and garlic ( roast till very dry) in two seperate pans (dry chillies in sunlight if possible). Grind all ingredients together to a fine powder and store without moisture.
