Potato Masala

Potatoes - 4
Onions -2 (big)
Tomatoes -2
Green chillies - 5
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Gram flour -3 tbsp
Mustard,Urad dhal, curry leaves, corriander leaves for seasoning.

Cook Potatoes and mash well. In a sauce pan heat oil, add urad dhal,mustard,curry leaves,corriander leaves. After mustard crackles,add the onions (cut in lengthwise), green chillies, tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add the cooked potatoes,powdered ingredients, salt and add little water. Make thick paste with gram flour and water. When the potato mixture is about to boil add the gram flour paste and allow it to boil till the raw flavour is gone.
