Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken - 2 lbs
Onions-3(cut lengthwise)
Turmeric powder(haldi)-1tsp
Ginger paste-1 tbsp
Garlic paste-1&1/2 tbsp
Whole black pepper-2 tbsp
Jeera powder-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro (corriander leaves),curry leaves for garnishing
Oil-2 tbsp

Directions:
Mix Chicken with soy sauce,salt and haldi for 1 hour.
Grind black pepper coarsely.
In a sauce pan , heat oil,add curry leaves followed by ginger,garlic paste,onions and the ground pepper, jeera powder. Stir for 3 minutes, add the marinated chicken and little water, pressure cook for 5 minutes, garnish with cilantro.
