Ottappam

Ingredients:
All Purpose flour-1 cup
Milk-1/4 cup
Eggs-3-5
Salt a pinch
Sugar for taste
Ghee for flavor

Directions:
Beat eggs, add milk to this and beat again. Add this to the flour with salt and make a mixture (like for dosa flour). Add water if necessary. Pour flour to a small circle on a hot tawa in low flame ,cover it with a lid and cook. Serve hot spreading 1/4 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp sugar on it
