Omapodi

Ingredients:
Besan - 1 cup (gram flour)
Rice flour-1/2 cup
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Butter- 1 tbsp
Oil for frying

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients with water to a chapathi dough form except oil and butter. Melt the butter and add to it and knead. Put this in a "acchu" with small holes and squeez in circular forms in the oil and fry till crispy.Drain oil in paper and break into pieces
