Ingredients:
Onion -2
Red pepper - 5
Garlic - 3 pods
Tamarind paste - 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Directions:
Take oil in a pan and add urad dhal and fry to golden brown color and keep it aside. Then fry onion,garlic,red pepper, tamarind paste
for 5 -10 minutes. Then grind with salt and urad dhal.
