Recipe Ingredients


Basmati Rice - 4 tbsp.
Milk - 4 cups
Crushed Jaggery or Sugar -1 & 1/2 cups
Cashew nuts - 6
Ghee - 1 tsp.





Recipe Directions




In a container take 1 cup milk and 1 cup water,cook the rice in it. (Add more water if necessary for cooking the rice ).After the rice gets cooked add the remaining milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes.Add the crushed jaggery or sugar in it, season it with cashew nuts.( sugar can be added according to taste)
