Milk -5 cups
Lemon -1
All purpose flour - 1 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Oil - 4 tsp
Tomatoes -3
Onion -3
ginger paste-2 tsp
garlic paste - 2 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Cummin seed(jeera) powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Cilantro
salt to taste

Paneer Preparation:
Boil 4 cups milk and add lemon juice in it and leave it for 15 mts. It will be curdled,pour out the excess water and take only the curd form.Make it into dough form and make cubes out of it.
Masala:
Grind onions and tomatoes without water.
Pour oil in a pan add the ground onions and tomatoes,ginger,garlic paste, fry for 3 mts. Then add all the powdered ingredients ,salt and fry for 5 -8 mts.
White sauce:
In a pan, add the butter ,when it melts add the flour and stir,then add 1 cup milk and make into a thick sauce.Add this to the masala,followed by paneer and garnish with cilantro.Serve as a side dish with rotis.
