Split moong dhal - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cups
sugar - 2 cups
cardamom - 5
cashew nuts - 8
Clarified butter (ghee)- 1 tbsp

Soak dhal for 10 minutes.
In a container cook the dhal with little water,then add the milk and sugar and allow it to boil for 10 minutes.Add cardamom and season it with cashew nuts.
